The specific effort to identify, develop, and show appreciation to the gifted givers who help provide for the vision of the church.

Every church and every pastor has a vision for the outreach and ministry of their church in the community and the world. Financial Leaders bring the provision for the vision. Giving is a spiritual gift. 

One of the ministries of the church is to help believers understand their spiritual gifts and to provide training regarding these gifts. This includes the gift of giving. It clearly states in these verses in Romans that giving is a spiritual gift. Giving is the only gift that has the capacity to accelerate the vision of the church.  

The church has a responsibility to encourage the recipients of this gift, to help them understand the spiritual dimension of giving, and to provide opportunities to grow in this gift. Financial Leaders exists for this purpose.
